The Company today received notification that on 9 May 2006 Standard Life
Investments, on behalf of Standard Life Group, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), increasing its material interest to
1,922,070 Shares, representing approximately 3.25% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
