HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 10 May 2006 from AEGON Asset Management UK
plc, that, following a sale of 947,719 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares'), the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies has a resultant interest in
6,180,087 Shares, representing approximately 10.44% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.
