HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company received notification on 2 November 2006 from AEGON Asset Management
UK plc, that, following a sale of 196,981 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Shares'), the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies has a resultant interest
in 5,989,939 Shares, representing approximately 9.79% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.

For the purposes of this notification, the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies
