Sections 198 to 202 Notification - Disclosure of interest in shares


On the 3 December 2004, the Company received notification pursuant to Sections
198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by Section 134 of the Companies
Act 1989, that Fidelity International Limited and its subsidiaries and
affiliates, are interested in 4,646,879 ordinary shares, representing 8.03% per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This represents an increase of
319,975 ordinary shares since the last filing.
