HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from AEGON Asset Management UK plc,
that, following a purchase of 197,865 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares'), the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies has a resultant interest in
4,237,376 Shares, representing approximately 7.25% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.

For the purposes of this notification, the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies
