RE: BROCHURE OF PARTICULARS


The Company has issued 22,000 shares following the recent exercise of employee
share options pursuant to the 1996 employee share option scheme

The exercise price was 44.44 cents (IR£0.35p).

Application has been made to have the shares admitted to listing on the Irish
Stock Exchange and on the London Stock Exchange.

Application has also been made to the Financial Services Authority - the UK
Listing Authority for admission of the shares to the Official List.
