Letter from McInerney Holdings Plc to the Irish Stock Exchange dated and
received 19 July 2000
The Company has issued 68,000 shares following the recent exercise of employee
share options pursuant to the 1996 employee share option scheme.
The exercise price was 44.44 cents (IR£0.35)
Application has been made to have the shares admitted to listing on the Irish
Stock Exchange and on the London Stock Exchange. Application has also been
made to the Financial Services Authority - the UK Listing Authority for
admission of these shares to the Official List.
