March 2001, received by the Irish Stock Exchange 2nd March 2001.
This is to inform you that the company was notified yesterday of the
following:-
Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited holds an interest of 1,889,679 shares
in the capital of the Company representing 5.9% of the issued capital.
Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited did not previously have a notifiable
interest.
The Holding is registered in the name of Bank of Ireland Nominees Limited, on
behalf of a range of clients who are each the beneficial owner of a portion of
the shareholding.
