NEW RESPONSIBILTIES OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AT
MCINERNEY HOLDINGS PLC
McInerney Holdings plc is pleased to announce changes to the responsibilities of three Executive
Directors. The changes are being implemented to reflect the expansion and enlargement of the
Company in recent years. In particular, this new management structure will facilitate increased
geographic expansion in the UK and effectively manage McInerney's current UK operational base now
spanning seven regional divisions.
* Mr Tommy Drumm, Executive Director and currently Managing Director of McInerney Homes Ltd
Ireland, will now become Head of Housing & Contracting Operations, for Ireland and the UK. Both the
Irish and UK Regional Directors will now report to Mr Drumm.
* Mr Mark Shakespeare, Executive Director and currently Director Group Treasury will now have the
additional responsibility for management of the Group's land purchases and portfolio.
* Mr Enda Cunningham, Executive Director and currently Group Finance Director, has responsibility
for the finance function of each subsidiary and will now have the additional responsibility for the
Group's acquisition strategy.
The new responsibilities will take effect immediately.
