The Board of the Company announces that on 3 August 2006 Orbier Pension Fund, an
entity in which Mr. Lance O'Neill, (a director of the Company) has a beneficial
interest, purchased 65,955 shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence per
share.

Following the above purchase Mr O'Neill has a beneficial holding of 1,609,121
shares in the Company representing approximately 7.05% of the Company's issued
share capital.
