MediaZest Plc announces that with immediate effect John Lovering (Non Executive
Chairman) is to stand down from the board due to the workload involved in his
other corporate responsibilities.
John Lovering said 'The MediaZest business operates in a very exciting sector
with real growth opportunities and I wish the team success in the future.'
Sean Reel, Chief Executive, said : 'John has made an outstanding contribution
providing direction and advice as we integrated our first major acquisition. We
wish John well in his new ventures.'
The board has appointed Sean Reel to the combined role of Chairman and CEO
whilst a suitable replacement for John is engaged. Initial discussions with
potential candidates have commenced.
