Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received the
following notifications:-



On 10 August 2006 that Panatlantic Investments Limited disposed of 1,159,955
shares in the Company and following the disposal Panatlantic Investments Limited
no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.



On 3 July 2006 Anthony Moore disposed of 160,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following this disposal of shares Mr Moore has a beneficial interest in
1,050,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.6% of the issued share
capital of the Company.



The issued share capital of the Company is 22,825,327 ordinary shares of 10
pence each.
