VoyagerIT.com plc  EXPANDS PORTFOLIO  WITH 24%  STAKE IN UK DISTRIBUTOR OF
EUROPE'S LEADING ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE AND £450,000 HOLDING IN US PIONEER OF  3D
INTERNET TECHNOLOGY


In a £600,000 expansion of its portfolio of investments in growth oriented
companies in the internet, IT and media sector, VoyagerIT.com plc, the
AIM-listed information technology investment fund, has acquired a 24 per cent
shareholding for £150,000 cash in Cambridge-based PSL Limited , the privately
owned UK distributor of 'Panda' Anti-virus software and other antivirus
products, and invested £450,000 in Worlds.com Inc., a leading pioneer in the
development and delivery of three dimensional content and technology for
e-commerce sites on the Internet.

Based in Newmarket Road, Cambridge, PSL was formed in 1999 by brothers Stephen
and Christopher Moate who have 12 years experience, initially within the PC
maintenance market and later within the PC software market. The company
reported positive earnings in respect of its first six months trading period.
Panda antivirus software has over 2million users worldwide and PSL has just
received a significant order for antivirus software from the Laura Ashley
Group.

Mr Peter Holmes, Finance Director of VoyagerIT.com plc, has been appointed to
the board of PSL Limited.

A salient feature of Worlds.com's website architecture is its ability to
deliver rich broadband content over the Internet without requiring broadband
access for applications such as e-commerce, advertising, chat, games, and
video and audio web-casting. Other shareholders in Worlds.com include Pearson
PLC, Compaq Computers, Visa International, and Nissho Iwai.
