               Voyager IT.Com plc ('Voyager' or 'the Company')


                              Additional Listing


Application has today been made for the admission of 1,500,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. These shares have been issued
pursuant to the purchase of PANDA Software (UK) Limited by Findstar Ltd, a
wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The shares will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to
commence on 31 January 2001.
