                              Additional Listing




Application has today been made for the admission of 296,428 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company to trading on AIM. These shares have been issued in
lieu of cash in satisfaction of outstanding fees. The shares will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company. Dealings are
expected to commence on 30 March 2001.
