Application was made on 29 January 2002 for the admission of 5,000,000 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market. The new ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the
conversion of loan notes.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
on 4 February 2002.
