Application has been made for the admission of 28,000,000 ordinary shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These
ordinary shares have been issued pursuant to the conversion of loan notes.
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 13 March 2002.
