The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Additional Listing'
announcement released today at 09:00 under RNS No 9623Q.

The announcement referred to 8,233,378 shares for which an Additional Listing in
the company had been made. This should have read 8,283,378 shares. 

All other details remain unchanged.

Application  has  today been made for  the  admission  of
8,283,378  ordinary shares in Voyager IT.Com plc  to  the
Alternative  Investment  Market  of  the  London   Stock
Exchange.  These  shares  have  been  issued  as  vendor
consideration pursuant to the acquisition of  Panda  Anti
Virus Software announced on 25 August 2000.  Dealings  in
the  new  shares are expected to commence on 20 September
2000.
