Mercury Group PLC has today published its annual report for the year ended 30
September 2005 which will be posted to shareholders on 30th March 2006 and will
be available free of charge for a period of one month from that date from the
Company's registered office at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M
7AD.

The AGM has been convened for 10.00am on 24th April 2006 and will take place at
21 Tudor Street, London, EC4Y 0DJ.
