VoyagerIT.com plc CHANGES NAME TO CATER BARNARD PLC



'DEVELOPMENT OF COMPANY INTO AN INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT BANKING GROUP
CONTINUES APACE' SAYS CHAIRMAN



At the Annual General Meeting of VoyagerIT.com plc held today, shareholders
approved the change in the name of the company to Cater Barnard PLC to more
closely reflect its continuing development as an international investment
banking, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financial services advisory
group, with offices in the City of London and New York.



Chairman, Mr Stephen Dean, told shareholders that the development of the
company as an international investment banking and corporate financial
services group 'continues apace'. 'Cater Barnard has established its presence
in the City of London with the opening of an office at 6 Lloyd's Avenue,
London EC3, and the business flow to date has been very encouraging with some
of the company's initial projects in the investment banking sector in
particular nearing fruition', said Mr Dean.



Mr Dean reported that the Group has also made its first related acquisition
with the acquisition of the business and assets of Corporate Decisions Limited
for a total consideration of £75,000, satisfied as to the issue of £25,000 of
ordinary shares in Cater Barnard at 5p per share and £50,000 in cash.
Corporate Decisions provides merger and acquisition advice to privately-owned
companies and is to be incorporated into the group's corporate financial
services advisory division.



Of the group's investment banking ventures Mr Dean told shareholders that it
has conditionally agreed with Envesta plc for that company to acquire the
group's Findstar plc subsidiary, which will enable Findstar to secure an AIM
listing, and that a successful outcome to discussions realise the group's
substantial interest in ThinkMarketingDirect Inc. 'is not too far distant'.



Looking ahead, Mr Dean said that notwithstanding current uncertainties about
the global economic outlook and volatile Stock Markets, 'The board is
confident that ample opportunities exist for your company to capitalise on its
existing past investments and to become a focussed and growth oriented fee
income-based international investment banking and corporate financial advisory
services group'.
