Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that it was notified on 9 November 2022 that Mrs Sarah Lavis, the spouse of Dr Robert Lavis, Group Medical Director of Medica, purchased a total of 368 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 135.54 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Robert Lavis is beneficially interested in 1,157 shares, representing <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
