Director's Shareholding and Application for Listing of
Additional Ordinary Shares
VoyagerIT.com announces that on 19 July 2000 Mr Adrian
Stecyk, Investment Director of the Company, purchased
1,018,517 new ordinary shares in the Company at 12p per
share, representing 0.9 per cent of the current issued
share capital. As a result, Mr Adrian Stecyk now holds
1,018,517 (0.9%) ordinary shares in the Company.
Application has today been made for admission of the
1,018,517 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Voyager
IT.com to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange. The new shares will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 27
July 2000.
