The Company has been informed today that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of the
Company, has purchased, on 24 July 2001, 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at 3p per share. Mr Dean now holds 30,841,703 shares in the company
representing 18.85% of the Company's issued share capital.
