The Company was informed on 8 July 2002 that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of the
Company, purchased on 5 July 2002 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
0.62p per share. Mr Dean now holds 498,433,486 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 63.47 per cent. of its issued share capital.
