Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

VoyagerIT.com plc, announces that Mr Peter Holmes, Finance Director of
VoyagerIT.com plc, has today notified the company that he has exercised
founder share warrants to subscribe for 656,250 ordinary shares in the company
at an exercise price of 5per share. 

Mr Holmes now holds 1,456,250 ordinary shares in VoyagerIT.com plc,
representing 1.42 per cent of the issued share capital.
