VoyagerIT.com plc, announces that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of VoyagerIT.com
plc, has today notified the company of the following purchase of shares in the
company.

500,000 ordinary shares at 10p per share on 11th May 2000.

This purchase brings Mr Dean's total shareholding in VoyagerIT.com plc to
16,022,083 ordinary shares, representing 15.62 per cent of the issued share
capital.
