The Company was today informed that Stephen Dean, Chairman, had today
purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 9.5p per share.  Stephen
Dean now holds 25,494,874 ordinary shares in Voyager IT.Com plc which
represents 23.36% of the issued share capital.
