CATER BARNARD PLC
The Directors of Cater Barnard plc today announce that they have conditionally
agreed to dispose of US$546,000 worth of US-quoted investments to Voyager
Financial News.com plc (VFN). The consideration paid will be £180,000 in cash
and the issue of 2,282,032 shares in VFN.
The Company has further conditionally agreed to acquire 4,851,185 VFN shares
from the 'Concert Party' on a 4 for 1 basis plus warrants and - following the
various approvals required - Cater Barnard will hold 77.8% of Voyager
Financial News.
