Exercise of Options and Application for Listing of Additional
Ordinary Shares
Application has today been made for admission of an additional
5,303,208 ordinary shares of 1p each in VoyagerIT.com plc to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise
of options at an exercise price of 15p per share by the Company's
Chairman, Stephen Dean.
Mr Dean now holds 23,938,624 ordinary shares in VoyagerIT.com
plc, representing 22.1% of the issued share capital.
The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are expected
to commence on Monday 12 June 2000.
