Further re disposal of Think Direct Marketing Inc
Further to the announcement of 15 October 2001 regarding the disposal of Think
Direct Marketing Inc to IMX Pharmaceuticals Inc, ('IMXN'), the company would
like to clarify that trading of IMX is currently suspended, pending its
Chapter 11 reorganisation. The Unites States Southern District of Florida
confirmed the reorganisation on 26th September, and completion is expected on
October 22nd 2001.
The acquisition of Think Direct Marketing Inc provides IMX with a host of
direct marketing and customer relationships products, lists, services and
sales solutions.
The Directors expect that, following completion of the reorganisation, the
shares will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board in due course at an anticipated
opening price of US$4.
The Directors plan to file an application to be listed on the NASDAQ Small -
Cap market.
