Further placing
On 3 December 2004 the Company announced that it had itself placed 76,000,000
new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') with a small number of investors at a price of 0.5p per Ordinary Share,
pursuant to which the Company received gross proceeds of £380,000 (the
'Placing'). Further to the Placing, the Company today announces that it has
completed the placing of a further 4,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of
0.5p per Ordinary Share pursuant to which the Company has received gross
proceeds of £20,000 ('Additional Placing Shares'). Application will be made for
the Additional Placing Shares to be admitted to trading in AIM.
