Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company was notified by
First Equity Limited on 2 October 2006, that Paul Castle has made the following
purchases of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company:

Following the purchase of these shares, Paul Castle, through First Equity
Nominees Limited, had an interest in 4,000,367 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 3.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.


The issued share capital of the Company is 112,975,684 ordinary shares
