Holding in Company
The Company was informed on 8 March 2006 that KBC Peel Hunt Ltd no longer holds
a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company, following the sale of
26,666,667 ordinary shares of 1p each (representing 25.04 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital) to Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg S.A., acting on
behalf of Pendana Limited, which now holds the shares as nominee for Pendana
Ltd. The shares were previously held by KBC Peel Hunt Ltd for the purposes of a
contract for difference it had entered into with Pendana Ltd. Accordingly
Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg S.A. has notified the Company that Pendana Ltd is now
interested in such shares.
