VoyagerIT.com plc INVESTS £100,000 IN ONLINE BROKING FIRM
VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed internet, IT and media investment fund
headed by Mr Stephen Dean, announces that in line with its continuing policy
of developing a balanced portfolio of long-term investments in growth-oriented
smaller companies in the sector, it has subscribed £100,000 for 8,000,000
ordinary shares in netWindfall plc, a free ISP/ASP online broker service
selling financial products and services to retail and commercial markets.
Unique features of the netWindfall plc website concept is the encouragement of
user loyalty to the company's service by the offer through the website of
units which can be transferred each year into ordinary shares in the company,
and an award scheme to those customers who continue to renew annual business
such as car insurance, of a loyalty bonus representing the customer's share of
the extra margin available from continuing business with the insurer.
