Jo Easton Appointed Non-Executive Director

Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that Jo Easton has been appointed to the Group's Board of Directors as a non-executive director. On joining the Board, Jo will be appointed to the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Jo brings a wealth of experience in change management and employee relations and has worked with a number of large companies to deliver strategic and operational changes. At present, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Group Director of Human Resources at De La Rue plc in which she works with the Board of Directors to balance the interests of shareholders, customers and employees. She has also developed and implemented a group-wide HR strategy with a key focus on culture change to forge a more dynamic and results-driven culture. Prior to working at De La Rue, she worked at Twinings Ovo to instigate a new efficiency-driven operational strategy. She was also part of the management team at Aviva Healthcare which oversaw the execution of a major expansion programme to double the size of the business. She has also worked at Zurich Insurance and BT plc.
