Non-Executive Director Change

 

Medica Group Plc (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that Professor Mike Bewick has notified the Board of his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2020.

 

Mike joined the Medica Group Board on flotation in March 2017 and has supported the business as a Non-Executive Director as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees, as well as through his expertise in clinical governance. Jo Easton, currently a Non-Executive Director of Medica will replace Mike as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

 

Roy Davis, Chairman of Medica, commented:
