             TERMINATION OF DICSUSSIONS REGARDING POSSIBLE OFFER

The Directors of VoyagerIT.com plc (to be renamed as Cater Barnard PLC),
advised by Seymour Pierce Limited, and Voyager Financial News.com plc, advised
by Keith Bayley Rogers & Co., announce that further to the announcement on
22nd March, 2001, the Directors of both Cater Barnard PLC (VoyagerIT.com plc)
and Voyager Financial News.com plc, and their respective advisers, have
mutually agreed to terminate the discussions regarding the possible offer for
Voyager Financial News.com plc.
