            Results of Placing and Open Offer


The  Board of Voyager IT is pleased to announce  that  by
3.00pm  on 6 March 2000, being the latest time  and  date
for  receipt  of  Application Forms and payment  in  full
under  the  Open  Offer, 22,625,477 New Ordinary  Shares,
representing 88.15% of the New Ordinary Shares which were
made  available to existing shareholders under  the  Open
Offer,  had  been applied for by Qualifying Shareholders.
The  remaining  3,042,073 New Ordinary Shares  have  been
sold  by  Seymour  Pierce pursuant  to  the  Underwriting
Agreement.

Application has been made for the Placing and Open  Offer
shares  to  be  admitted to trading  on  the  Alternative
Investment  Market  of  the  London  Stock  Exchange  and
dealings are expected to commence on 10 March 2000.   The
Placing and Open Offer is conditional on Admission and on
Shareholder approval being sought at the EGM  of  Voyager
IT to be held on 9 March 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
