Voyager  IT.Com plc today sold approximately 61%  of  its
investment  in  Artisan  (UK)  plc  for  cash   realising
£1,006,250.  (Voyager sold 7,000,000 shares in Artisan at
14.375p   per   share  and  now  has   4,500,000   shares
remaining).
