                 Statement re Suspension

The  Company  has  noted today's press comments  and  can
confirm that it is in advanced stages of negotiation with
various  parties  which  may  or  may  not  lead   to   a
transaction  classified as a reverse takeover  under  the
Rules  of  AIM.   As a result the  Company  has taken the 
decision to  suspend its  shares from dealing with effect 
from today until such time  as   any such transaction has 
been agreed and a further  detailed  announcement made to 
shareholders.
