Suspension
The Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of Mercury,
which as previously announced was adjourned until 10.00 a.m. this morning,
certain of the proposed resolutions relating to, inter alia, the Placing and
Open Offer to raise £1.5 million before expenses were not passed.
Consequently, the Placing and Open Offer will not take effect and the Company
has requested that trading in the Company's ordinary shares be suspended with
immediate effect pending clarification of the financial position of the Company.
