This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).

Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2013

On 28 April 2015, awards over ordinary shares in Al Noor Hospitals Group plc (the "Company") have been granted to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Al Noor Hospitals Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 (the "Plan"):

£Nil consideration per share was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as conditional awards.

The vesting of an award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company.  The awards will normally vest on the later of the third anniversary of grant and the determination of the performance conditions, provided the individual remains an employee or officer of the group. 

The Company was informed of the above transactions in London on 28 April 2015.
