The Board of Al Noor Hospitals Group, Plc (ANH.L) announces that following the disposal of shares held by Astro II SPV in the Company, Faisal Belhoul and Khaldoun Haj Hasan, directors of the Company appointed by Astro II SPV, have resigned from the board of the Company with immediate effect¹.

Ian Tyler, Chairman of Al Noor said: "On behalf of the entire Board of Al Noor, I would like to thank Faisal and Khaldoun, as representatives of Ithmar, for their support to Al Noor and for their strong personal contribution as Directors of the Company."
