     Sportel, Media Content PLC, SDCi  agree online sports
       media market partnership for sportsmediarights.com.

Sportel Organisation, owner and organiser of Sportel  Monaco
and   Sportel  America,  the  sports  television  industry's
leading market places, has signed a Heads of Agreement  with
sportsmediarights.com, the online sports media rights market
venture,  to develop the electronic marketplace  for  sports
programming rights.

David   Tomatis,   Executive   Vice-President   of   Sportel
Organisation,  said,  'We are excited  about  the  prospects
