("MedicX Fund", "the Fund" or "the Company")

Allotment of scrip shares to Investment Adviser

MedicX Adviser Ltd (the Company's Investment Adviser) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the March 2014 interim dividend for the quarter ended 31 December 2013, and accordingly was allotted 33,915 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares").  The Shares were sold out of treasury at the previously advised scrip calculation price of 78.70 pence per share.

The acquisition of the Shares brings MedicX Adviser Ltd's total holding in the Company to 1,874,078 shares, representing 0.547% of the Company's total voting rights.  The Shares were acquired on 31 March 2014 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
