                         Appointment of King Sturge LLP


MedicX Fund, (LSE: MXF), the specialist investor in modern purpose built primary
healthcare properties, today announces that following a re-tendering exercise it
has appointed King Sturge LLP, as the valuers to the property portfolio of the
MedicX Fund.

The total property portfolio now comprises 45 properties of which six are under
construction throughout the UK.
