Completion of Castlecroft Medical Centre

MedicX Fund, (LSE: MXF), the specialist primary care infrastructure investor in modern purpose built primary healthcare properties in the United Kingdom, today announces that it has successfully completed the development of Castlecroft Medical Centre, Wolverhampton.

The property is let to one GP practice on an initial term of 25 years. The aggregate rent of the property is £168,000 per annum and at 30 September 2008 the property was valued by King Sturge LLP at £2.76m.

The total property portfolio now comprises 45 properties throughout the United Kingdom of which two are under construction.
