Confirmation of Board changes

Further to the announcement on 17 November 2014, the Fund today confirms the retirement of Christopher Bennett from the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Steve Le Page, who was appointed to the Board and Audit Committee in November 2014 will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from today.
