Sale of ordinary shares out of treasury

MedicX Fund (LSE: MXF), the specialist primary care infrastructure investor in modern, purpose-built, primary healthcare properties in the United Kingdom, announces that today, Wednesday 13 June 2012, it sold for cash 600,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company.  The ordinary shares were sold out of treasury by the Company, at a price per share (before expenses) of 77.5 pence.

The net proceeds will be used in further pursuing the investment objectives of the Company.

Following this transaction, the Company has 263,645,780 ordinary shares in issue, of which 7,017,663 are held in treasury.  Accordingly, the total voting rights in issue will be 256,628,117.
