Melrose PLC today held its AGM at which all resolutions were passed unanimously.
At the meeting Christopher Miller, Chairman, said:

"When we recently announced our annual results for 2005 on 15 March 2006, we
included a statement on the outlook for 2006. We remain confident that the group
is well positioned to produce a good performance for 2006."
